Eligibility for Refund/Replacement:
– Product must be unused and in original packaging.
– Only items received damaged or incorrect are eligible.
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:
– Custom or personalized orders.
– Earrings returned without prior approval.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to postal issues, but we will do our best to help you resolve the situation.
